Beginner – Full Body 1 is an awesome quick full body workout. Amber will take you through different exercises that you will find through out the Beginner Series. As you workout Amber will give you great descriptions of each exercise and what muscles they target. Remember to take the exercises at your own pace and as you get more comfortable with the routine you will be able to push yourself more.
