Amber has designed a perfect legs and shoulders routine for the beginner. She has made this workout very balanced between legs, shoulders and cardio at a pace that will get your heart pumping. Amber has you doing Reverse Lunges, Glute Raises and Simple Squats to focus on your legs. Then for your shoulders you will be performing Front Raises, Side Raises and Shoulder Rotations. When you first start out select your weights on the lighter side until you figure out what you can lift. You want to be able to finish the exercise, but you do also want to push yourself. This is a great exercise routine for the beginner.
