Kettlebell Fifteen - Chest

The Kettlebell originated in Russia but is becoming well known for its benefit to strength and flexibility training. (Several of the actors in "the movie 300" trained with a Kettlebell to prepare for their roles.) Igor, who learned the benefits of Kettlebell workouts during his time in the Russian military, has assembled five Kettlebell workouts that you can combine to fit your workout schedule to improve your strength and flexibility.

In Kettlebell Fifteen - Chest, you will be improving your strength and balance using both an exercise ball and a Kettlebell. Exercises include the One-Arm Chest Press and the One-Arm Fly (while balancing on the exercise ball!). We recommend that if you have thirty minutes to work out, you add a second Kettlebell Fifteen workout: Back, Biceps & Triceps, Legs, or Shoulders. Or really step it up by trying the intense, one-hour Russian Kettlebell.

As with all of our workouts, you should take the exercises at your own pace; the heavier the weights and the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes. For a lower impact workout, reduce the weights and/or the number of reps.

Equipment: One kettlebell and an exercise ball.
