Our Golf Training series is designed to strengthen the muscles key to improving your game while improving your flexibility, and can be done anywhere - even on vacation. These exercises involve a lot of twisting, to help your flexibility and power to improve your game. Golf Resistant Training utilizes resistant bands to give you a full body workout that is suitable for all fitness levels.
The workout is suitable for all levels; if you’re struggling at first, don’t get discouraged because you will get stronger the more you workout with Igor. Reduce the number of reps at first if you’re struggling. To maximize the benefit to your game, we recommend that you also try out Golf Strength Training and Golf Conditioning.
As with all of our workouts, we recommend that you scan through your workout once before trying it out. Remember to take the exercises at your own pace; the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes so reduce the number of reps for a lower impact workout.
