Our Golf Training series is designed to strengthen the muscles key to improving your game while improving your flexibility. The most common golf injuries involve your lower back, so Igor will be focused on strengthening your core while giving you a good overall workout.

To complete this routine, you will need a golf club and a set of light dumbbells. The workout is suitable for all levels; if you’re struggling at first, don’t get discouraged because you will get stronger the more you workout with Igor. Reduce the number of reps at first or improvise the exercises if you’re struggling. (For example, if “Side Plank with a Twist” is too challenging, just do a “Side Plank.”) To maximize the benefit to your game, we recommend that you also try out Golf Resistant Training and Golf Conditioning.

As with all of our workouts, we recommend that you scan through your workout once before trying it out. Remember to take the exercises at your own pace; the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes so reduce the number of reps for a lower impact workout.
