In-Home Upper Body provides strength training, core toning and cardio conditioning, targeting your upper body while building your endurance. As with all of our In-Home workouts, Upper Body can be done at home with minimal equipment.
For a more intense workout, you may want to combine your In-Home routine with Core 1. We also recommend adding to your workout week the other In-Home workouts, including Full Body and Legs & Shoulders.
As with all of our workouts, you should take the exercises at your own pace; the heavier the weights and the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes. For a lower impact workout, reduce the weights and/or the number of reps.
Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells; heavy and light.
