Our Golf Training series is designed to strengthen the muscles key to improving your game while improving your flexibility. Even though this Golf Conditioning routine only requires one golf club, don’t be fooled. Igor has developed this workout to be a great cardio conditioning routine that will build up your stamina, which will allow you to play more holes.

Throughout the routine Igor will target your forearms, core and your legs, which are all key to your golf game. The workout is suitable for all levels; if you’re struggling at first, don’t get discouraged because you will get stronger the more you workout with Igor. Reduce the number of reps at first if you’re struggling. To maximize the benefit to your game, we recommend that you also try out Golf Resistant Training and Golf Strength Training.

As with all of our workouts, we recommend that you scan through your workout once before trying it out. Remember to take the exercises at your own pace; the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes so reduce the number of reps for a lower impact workout.
