In-Home Full Body

In-Home Full Body provides strength training, core toning and cardio conditioning in a short workout that can be done at home with minimal equipment. We recommend varying your workout by trying out Full Body 1 and Full Body 2, both of which can also be done at home.

For a more intense workout, you may want to combine your In-Home routine with Core 3.  We also recommend adding to your workout week the other In-Home workouts, including Legs & Shoulders and Upper Body.

As with all of our workouts, you should take the exercises at your own pace; the heavier the weights and the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes. For a lower impact workout, reduce the weights and/or the number of reps.

Equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells; heavy and light.
