The Beginner Dumbbells Series is the perfect routine for someone looking to get started with free weight. During this legs and shoulders workout routine Igor will walk you through different exercises that target your legs and shoulders but he will also give you exercises that will strengthen your core. During high rep workouts it is always best to select lighter weights until you get comfortable with each exercise. At anytime throughout this routine feel free to increase or decrease your weight selection to make the exercises easier or harder. * As with any free weight workout routine you should have a spotter on standby.
