The Gym II series is perfect for workout veterans who are looking to push their pace and add more reps and cardio to their workouts. Gym II Legs includes traditional leg exercises with cardio and ab routines designed to strengthen your core as well as your legs. Igor will push your limits with a fast pace that burns off the fat and build up your muscles. We recommend varying your routine by incorporating into your workout week the Arms, Back, Chest, and Shoulders workouts from our Gym II series.

If the Gym II Series seems too challenging, we recommend that you consider the Gym I series or our Beginner Gym routines.

* You should have a spotter during the weight lifting sections of the routine. As with all of our workouts, you should take the exercises at your own pace; the heavier the weights and the faster the reps, the harder the exercise becomes. For a lower impact workout, reduce the weights and/or the number of reps.
