Power Abs is an intense, fast-paced and high rep core boot camp. This 11-minute workout targets your entire midsection and is a stand-alone routine that is a must for any fitness library. If you have time, we recommend pairing Power Abs with any other TGP workout.
If Power Abs is too challenging, we recommend starting with Beginner Abs, working your way up through Core 1 and Core 2 to build the strength you will need to tackle Power Abs.
