Yoga 2 is the perfect follow-up to Yoga 1, because it builds off what you learned. Throughout this 45-minute class you will hold your poses longer, and try a few new poses. Melanie will help you relax by focusing on your breathing throughout the class, helping you stretch more deeply. Melanie will also show you alternatives for the more challenging poses to make this workout fully customizable for all levels.
Yoga 2 can be performed anywhere; you may want to use a towel if you have trouble reaching some poses.
Melanie says, “It’s important to remember that you always need to listen to your body when you do Yoga. Some days you will be able to stretch more than others, so be sure not to overdo it even on positions you’re familiar and comfortable with.”
Equipment: Yoga Mat and a towel if needed.
