How do I view these workouts?
The workouts are designed to be played on your Portable Video Player (PVP). You can also play the videos on your computer, laptop or even your television through your PVP. TheGymPro.com is as portable as you are!

How do the resistance bands work?
Resistance bands come in different elasticity, easiest to hardest. One of the nice feature is you can also control the resistance throughout the workout. By adding more tension you can increase the weight or by loosing up on the tension you can decrease the weight. We like them because they are so portable.

How much time do I need for the workouts?
TheGymPro.com has designed the workouts for all lifestyles. If you only have 10 minutes to workout a day there are workouts in the library for you. If you have 30 minutes at the gym there are workouts for you. TheGymPro.com has workouts for all time frames.

Can I stop the video in the middle of the workout?
If you need to get a drink, catch your breath or find your next piece of exercise equipment just press pause and press play when your are ready to resume.

What is a benefit of the New Video Alert?

What if I have trouble completing the exercise?
If you struggle with an exercise do as many as you can and then walk in place to keep your heart rate up. Each time you workout you will get stronger, most importantly DON’T GET DISCOURAGED!

How should I prepare for my workout?
We recommend that you scan through the workout first so you know exactly what equipment you will need. This will also help give you a mental blueprint of the routine, which will assist you in keeping pace.

Can I download these videos directly to my portable video layer, such as an iPhone?
At the current time, you will not be able to download directly to a portable video player, but you can download the videos to a desktop or laptop computer and transfer to your PVP
How long does it take to download a workout?
The duration of the download will depend on the size of the video file and the speed of your internet connection. Please remember that the videos from TheGympro.com are full length workouts so the file sizes are large. Please be patient during the download period.

How do I know what weight to use?
Igor has designed these workouts to be higher rep, so at first it is best to start with lighter weights. This will help prevent injury. As you get more comfortable with the exercises you can increase the weight.

How do I upload a workout to my Microsoft Zune?
Once the video downloads to the desktop you need to click and drag the video file to the folder you have selected to be your zune video folder. This is the folder that your zune program will search for videos. Once you add the workout to this folder open your zune program. Once it opens click on the video button at the top left side of the page. Now you should be able to see the videos you have added to the folder. Now you want to make sure your zune player is connected to your computer. At this point you can right click on the workout video and select sync with my zune. This will take a minute or so. Once it says it is complete you should be able to disconnect your player. You will want to check to make sure the video is on the player.
How do I get the best results?
Remember diet and exercise go hand-in-hand. Don’t get complacent with the workout, change up your routines. Push yourself; try to keep pace with the workout. Most importantly stick with your workouts, don’t get discourage!
